Today’s Success Check list (27th September 2012)
I ate when I was hungry - Sort of
I ate what I really wanted - Yes got this bit nailed! Lol! ;)
I ate consciously - only wore a blindfold at breakfast, sort of ate consciously for lunch & dinner
I stopped when full - I think so…
I drank water - now this bit of the system I’ve got sussed too!!
I moved my body - Yes over 10,000 steps today!
I listened to the CD - “The secrets of naturally Thin People” CD again tonight…
One positive thing I noticed today - even on days that I feel “unactive” I’m taking more than 10,000 steps :)
What I’m looking forward to tomorrow - it’s Friday!! (Also day 15 is check in day not day 14 so I get to weigh myself tomorrow & see…)
Day 14
Every 7 days I will take time out to reflect on how far I’ve come, re-focus on where it is I’m heading.
I’m 2 weeks into this brand new way of eating … so how does it feel? Exciting & liberating! Not having to calorie count or buy special (over-priced) food is really wonderful.
The best things that happened this week were: Child1 got 2 bronze medals in a local swimming gala & improved her PB times in all but her backstroke! :)
My biggest challenges this week were: still eating when I was hungry while at work & eating consciously
I did these things for the 1st time: continually took more than 10,000 steps a day!!
What I learned was: I am stronger than I think I am!
My top 3 priorities for the week ahead are:
1. Eat consciously!!!
2. Start my next assignment (Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools - Level 2)
3. Eat consciously!!

I ate when I was hungry - Not really :( How can you eat when you’re hungry if you’re not in a position to be able to eat!?
I ate what I really wanted - Eventually yes :)
I ate consciously - only for breakfast :(
I stopped when full - I think so…
I drank water - now this bit of the system I’ve got sussed!!
I moved my body - Yes 11,100 steps today!
I listened to the CD - “The secrets of naturally Thin People” CD tonight…
One positive thing I noticed today - hubby out playing badminton match so watched “The Wedding Date” (what ever happened to Debra Messing??)
What I’m looking forward to tomorrow - day 14 check in day … I get to weigh myself & see…
Today’s Success Check list (25th September 2012)
I ate when I was hungry - No :( I came home and felt ravenous
I ate what I really wanted - Yes :)
I ate consciously - *sigh* for the breakfast yes but not for the rest of the day :(
I stopped when full - perhaps a bit past that…
I drank water - oh yes, almost 3 litres
I moved my body - Yes (wait proud moment coming…) 17,601 steps today! {WooHoo} makes up for the eating Lol!
I listened to the CD - “Programme Your Mind To Slim Your Body” CD tonight I think…
One positive thing I noticed today - didn’t notice all those steps!
What I’m looking forward to tomorrow - Hubby out playing badminton match … telly you are all mine :)

I ate when I was hungry - Yes
I ate what I really wanted - Yes :)
I ate consciously - *sigh* for the 1st few mouthfuls of each meal yes, but not all the time :(
I stopped when full - I think so … I’m not feeling bloated after eating ~ that’s gotta be good
I drank water - yes, peeing like a pensioner
I moved my body - Yes wait for it… wait for it 14,333 steps today! {WooHoo} happy girl dance
I listened to the CD - “craving Buster” CD tonight I think…
One positive thing I noticed today - a couple of colleagues asked me if I’d lost weight …. have I?!?!
What I’m looking forward to tomorrow - both kids are in an after school club so I get a bit of time to myself after work :)

I moved my body - Yes over 10,200 steps again today! :)
I listened to the CD - nope not tonight, out with the girls tonight, howling at the moon…
One positive thing I noticed today - a very happy day today!
What I’m looking forward to tomorrow - it’s the weekend!!!!… need I say more Lol!

I ate consciously -yes at breakfast & lunch not as well at dinner though … almost ;)
I stopped when full - not when eating my dinner, I ate too quickly again :(
I drank water - over 2 pints today…
I moved my body - Yes over 10,000 steps again today! :)
I listened to the CD - “Emotional Eating” CD tonight I think. Hope it will help with the conscious eating…
One positive thing I noticed today - I think my blue skirt felt looser!
What I’m looking forward to tomorrow - it’s FRIDAY!!!!… need I say more Lol!
